About The Role

Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining the finance business partnering team, you will support and partner the Commercial Operations division to support planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
 
In this role, you will:
  • You will build strong relationships with operational teams to influence and guide business decisions using financial analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, dashboards and KPIs to provide financial insight.
  • Support business case development for new initiatives/investments and projects.
  • To consistently monitor performance and proactively search for opportunities for improvement. 

About You

You have experience in a commercial environment, working with multiple stakeholders and able to understand stakeholder requirements to provide accurate, timely and insightful reporting.
 
Minimum criteria:
  •  Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with commercial experience in a business partnering role
  •  Advanced Excel skills
  •  Ability to communicate with clarity and to have confidence in dealing with all levels of staff and external partners
  •  Commercially minded with the ability to challenge 
  •  Good team player who actively looks to share best practice in an area that embraces innovation
  •  Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm
  •  Be highly customer focused with the ability to work collaboratively
  •  Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
  •  Ability to make recommendations and take decisions
  •  Highly organised, and able to prioritise and manage own workload
  •  Ability to work unsupervised and to manage a varied workload efficiently and pro-actively
  •  Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  •  Accuracy and attention to detail
  •  Comfortable working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities 
  •  Ability to travel when required
